All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. This includes the preparation and proper care of your order so that it is protected with the appropriate packing materials. We utilize recycled materials wherever possible to eliminate environmental impact.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping costs are clearly identified before checkout, however, there may be additional customs duties or taxes the customer is responsible for which the destination country requires payment on or before delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that if your package was not received as indicated by your tracking number you will need to notify scoifmanwatchbands.com customer service within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement and/or credit. Please only send one email with your questions, as multiple emails on the same topic can cause a delay in our response time.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
